Remove the dependency on deals.csv for looking up the PIece -> Miner mapping

Data should be available on chain:

Today we will need to rely on one of the public indexers like cid.contact. There are a few others as well: https://www.notion.so/pl-strflt/Directory-Network-Indexer-Nodes-Operators-1e894aa158934c44a9e90b5df255e68e

Running our own indexer is an option.
