Add Recently Used Feature #12

It could be cool to have the feature "recently used" like VSCode do with commands (cmd+shift+p).

When you do an action for a task and display the list again, to show the last 3 used issues.

It's convenient, indeed.

However, recently used should take into account last used tasks in current workspace, or in VSCode, as a whole?
