The Romanian version of the website is not working properly. e.g. the join-us & partners pages redirect back to the english version.

Wouldn't a true redesign / rebuild be more useful ? There are quite a few problems with the site, such as:

site is not mobile-responsive
content is pretty outdated
the design isn't very attractive and doesn't get you excited to learn more about rosedu
the projects are not very visible, and you don't understand much about them
