To-Dos:

Rescale to a standardized sizing (640x480)
Handhold pictures: 499x522, 475x529, 466x476, 530x486, 1810x1830, 1406x1472, .....
Downsizing large images is better than Upsizing small images so you don't stretch small image pixels (can obscure the model to learn certain key features like detecting the actual scratch)
Preprocessing regarding lightning and threshold --> Some scratches only visible when preprocessed
