We finally released a new version of rosbridge in the latest Jazzy sync, meaning we do not need to build it from source: https://index.ros.org/p/rosbridge_suite/github-RobotWebTools-rosbridge_suite/#jazzy

However, it might be too close to the workshop to make this change now. Tracking it for after ROSCon.
