compile from source in ubuntu22.04(ros2-humble)

on fresh ubunt22.04 with ros2 humble installed, we need these libs for compile code

sudo apt install libspnav-dev libbluetooth-dev libcwiid1 libcwiid-dev ros-humble-diagnostic-updater

hope to add this in ros2 branch's readme.md

Probably we should suggest that users use rosdep install, which is our generally recommended way of installing dependencies. If you'd like to open a PR to the README to add that, I'd be happy to review it.
