Workflow should be something like:

    - name: Push the image to GPR
      run: |
        docker login docker.pkg.github.com -u publisher -p "${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}"
        docker push docker.pkg.github.com/$MY_ORG/$MY_PROJECT/$IMAGE_TAG:latest
