Bindings generation

Bindings for Cocos2D-X can only be generated on Mac OSX. Should also work on Linux host with Android NDK installed. [folecr] in progress

Test suite

Chipmunk integration [rohankuruvilla]

SpiderMonkey

Restart of VM causes crash [folecr]
Occasional GC crashes [rohankuruvilla]
JavaScript exceptions do not provide stack traces [folecr]
