Sometimes Lively doesn't work at Windows 11 24H2.

Describe the bug
I used Lively properly,but suddenly Lively and Windows Explorer doesn't work,all actions about Windows Explorer will be frozen.after some seconds,Windows Explorer restart,and Lively wallpaper reworks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open some apps,like 7-zip,Settings(these apps are easier to trigger bug)
2. Take some actions about explorer,like extract or open files in zip file,change wallpapers(these actions are easier to trigger bug)

Expected behavior
Lively and Windows Explorer doesn't work,all actions about Windows Explorer will be frozen.

• OS: Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.1457 (Release Preview) , installed KB5042098 and KB5041571
• Which wallpaper was running at the time if any : Rain.
