Describe the bug
When lively wallpaper is opened, other random apps start glitching.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Lively
  2. Open another app such as Obsidian or Github Desktop
  3. See results

Expected behavior
Apps shouldn't glitch because of Lively Wallpaper

  • OS: Windows 10 Home
  • I was running Rain

Additional context
This only happens when lively is opened. No other app ever has caused this before
