unfortunately on our server, we ran into this issue, still... with git-kv 0.1.1 (build d084f97c17cdcf814209d99e2896edda7f54c4752760888b433bff95c80bb7da).

I'm not sure about the contents on disk, since that's been overwritten... I'm also not sure which version wrote it onto disk
