So I took some time looking at an error I got and I realized that the SDK we were told to download from here was different than the ones that we can get from cocoapods. For example, I saw that the downloaded 3rd party SDK had reference to GPPSignIn, the cocoapods version had reference to GIDSignIn. I'd recommend getting the cocoaPod's gpg.framework instead of the one we can get from the googles site.
