Cant get the servo to rotate on Ramps 1.4 #9

Hello,

I have a RAMPS board which has the jumper on the 5V and VCC. I also plugged in the servo the right way.
I have a microservo from conrad and I cant get it to work on the controller.
It is plugged in on D11
