Delivery basket for ZB is 15 to 25 years
For UB is 25 years plus
Hence US20 and US30 respectively

I was looking for the product page on CME to check a price spike. Ended up
realizing that the IB symbol used for US20 is for the 30 year treasury
bond. The CME does not have a product for the 20 year bond. Might be old
news, but mentioning it in case it is not
Links;
CME's overview of their treasuries products
<https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/interest-rates/us-treasury.html> - As
you can see from the text above the Product Suite table, no mention of a 20
year bond future.
the ib_config_futures.csv has the following content;
US20, ZB, ECBOT, USD, 1000, 1, FALSE
IBKR's list of futures available on the ECBOT
<https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=2222&exch=ecbot&showcategories=FUTGRP#productbuffer>
- does list the ZB symbol, but with the description; "30 Year US Treasury
Bond". No mention of a 20 year bond future.
Logged into the trade UI on IBKR and entered ZB - which confirmed that the
symbol is for the 30 year bond future.

They might have repurposed they symbol? Feel like I have seen that before,
but can't remember the specific instance.
Not a big thing - just the PST symbol that is misleading the first time
you try to verify a price spike I guess.

Trivial problem that I suppose is not easy to fix - given that it would have to be amended in a lot of running db's. At the end of the day it is just the PST symbol that is misleading the first time you try to verify a price spike :)
