I'm not 100% sure why, but in IE10 the sticky div doesn't seem to scroll with the page. In IE11+ it works fine, along with the other major browsers. I need this for an application with IE10 support.
When scrolled to the top of page it shows fine:
As I scroll down, it looks as if there's another div that's slowly scrolling over top of it. The sticky div does stick to the top, but another div scrolls over the top of it, at least that's what it looks like:
Any ideas?
