Feature Request: Tron Theme

So, here's the deal: The glow effect lends itself really well to creating a Tron-esque vibe, both the blue light coloured (Good) Tron and the orange light coloured (Bad) Tron. I think these glow text effects could be well used to create a Tron theme. So my request to you is: Make Tron themes. Of Course, I'm sure you already have a lot on your plate, so if OP can't do it hopefully someone else who comes across this issue can.
