English temperature units?

Hi, thank you again for this great program. This is the best project I've done with the RasPi so far.
Is it possible to switch to English units for the temperature. I think I saw it once on editConfig after a clean install but never saw it again, only the option to change the resolution. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

is it just me or there seems to be no proper installation instructions or documentation.
