Repeatable directives in GraphQL Ruby

I ran into an issue while trying to parse our supergraph's schema since we are using the concept of a "repeatable" directive:

GraphQL::ParseError: Parse error on "repeatable" (IDENTIFIER) at [6, 35]

from parser.y:527:in `on_error'

I believe this was already reported at #3571 . Do you have more information on this issue and what the fix would look like? Would you be open to us contributing the fix?
