60.2.1: files cannot be sync' while TB is running

Hi,
With 60.2.1, while TB is running, other programs cannot access the three files (todo.txt, etc.), thus preventing my rd-party synchronization software to run (the latter sees the files but of length zero).

Maybe a simple lock issue?
