A new menu item at the top of the page titled "Contribute". We will populate it with information on how to report a problem with a paper, make suggestions and also join the reviewer pool. Some more discussion is in slack https://rjournal.slack.com/archives/C012FA9DA4E/p1689753481953009 and in the conclusions section of the texor paper.
