vibe.d/DUB support

I'm interested in giving cassandra a try, but would need to use it in a vibe.d context. Would you accept pull requests for adding a package.json file (+ registering it con http://code.dlang.org) and for adding optional support of a vibe.d TCPConnection instead of a Phobos Socket?

then you are welcome to submit an improved version.
