Input GWAS summary statistics for R_phen construction

Dear authors,

Thank you for implementing this nice toolbox!

I am a bit confused at the R_phen construction. I would like to add the summary statistics for constructing a correlation matrix (R_phen), as the brain traits that I study are interdependent. Currently my R_phen defaults to the identity matrix.

However, I am unsure where I should list these summary statistics for R_phen generation. Should I add an extra column to the map-file? What should the name of that column be?
