Crate cortex-m-quickstart provided a way to debug program, on QEMU with debug support on VSCode: https://github.com/rust-embedded/cortex-m-quickstart/tree/1a60c1d94489cec3008166a803bdcf8ac306b98f/.vscode . Maybe after a proper VSCode (probable somehow RISC-V Debug) plugin comes out we can fire a support on it.
