You could use:

git clone https://github.com/riscv-rust/k210-crates
cd k210-pac
git reset
git checkout .
cd ../k210-crates
cargo b

I just bumped the versions of all dependencies branches in two PRs:
riscv-rust/k210-pac#39
riscv-rust/k210-example#6

This should help you get a working example
