webphone won't switch to backup proxy if receive 408 error for Register request #295

When server rturn 408 error for the Register request, webphone will not switch to backup proxy. (408 is in the sipErrorCodes list in sip-provisioning)

@jimmyxu1985 How to reproduce this issue? How to trigger a 408 error?
