autolykos2 broken on 3060ti

the autolykos2+pyrinhash mining is broken for the 3060ti. maybe starts up fine will get ~150mh/~2.5gh but in under 5 minutes it will slow right down to ~10mh/~10mh sometimes pyrin goes into the kh range

upon further troubleshooting it appears autolykos2 on the 3060ti is broken. octopus+pyrinhash runs fine, running autolykos2+pyrinhash on a different computer fails even though that computer runs fine with a 3080ti and most importantly autolykos2 alone will fail in the same way as running autolykos2+pyrinhash

Could you try

1. Run the miner with --autolykos2-prebuild off
2. Downgrade video driver to 535 or below
