Skip Header / Footer

Can you please add features (can be configurable with on/off) like:

1. To skip header
2. To skip footer
   and others (list in the picture (from speechiify app/extension))

and a master switch to enable/disable these.

I just got it working today to specify a page margin percentage, which defaults to 7%.

I've spent days trying to figure this out over the last month.

To make it more customizable I can probably separate the top/bottom left/right as separate margins. And add some of those other options for links, and citations, etc.
