the default install experience for windows users is: give them binaries, ask them to set up paths, run sf -update for signatures.

Would be nice to make this easier, including a populated siegfried home directory so they can build their own signatures with roy without doing extra steps like copying down the "data" directory.

An MSI installer, winget or choco option would improve windows user experience
