jenkins-config Contributor Guidelines

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to contribute to jenkins-config.

MDTP Guidelines

Before you go any further, please read the general MDTP Contributor Guidelines. Please note in particular that the Requestor needs to have a conversation with the Owning Team before opening a Pull Request on this repository.

jenkins-config Guidelines

This repository is shared by all service teams working on MDTP. The following rules apply to Pull Requests:

  1. @webops never need be involved
  2. A change in jobs/ci_open_jenkins_build should be merged by the Team Lead of the Requesting team, or another senior team member if the person making the change is the Team Lead themselves.
  3. Any other change should be merged by @platops
