Rho.Application.setLocale not working #336

I am trying to change the default locale, using Rho.Application.setLocale returns undefined in js.

Rho.Application.setLocale("es")
TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'Rho.Application.setLocale("es")')

The same happens in Ruby using Rho::Application.setLocale

The old set_locale is deprecated and does not work anymore.
Any tip welcomed.
