dracut_eject: ACPI race condition while reboot on fast virtual hardware

Hello!
We see some weird race condition when using reboot --eject on virtualized hardware. The reboot process is finished so fast that the ACPI notificiation is not handled correctly by the Hypervisor before the machine starts again.
Not sure if somebody earlier run into these kind of issue ?
I would like to discuss the option to add a delay when creating the 99anaconda-eject.sh script.
