Can this be in the repo ?

@jesperpedersen I don't think so because the artemis-prometheus-metrics-plugin depends on ActiveMQ Artemis so a getting started tutorial in this repo could require duplicated pieces of the ActiveMQ Artemis documentation with an high risk that they could soon become obsolete.

Anyway I reopened the issue in case you want create a PR to propose a getting started tutorial. If this is the case and your proposal don't include too much pieces of the ActiveMQ Artemis documentation, I'll be happy to review and eventually merge it.
