I'm looking through the plugins and I've noticed some of them open applications like System Preferences. If you're logged in to the computer this is fine, but if you're ssh'ed in to a remote computer, this wont work. It would be good if the documentation mentions if a command is safe for headless and if the command itself checked to make sure it has a GUI if it needs the GUI.

I should also add that some people (like me) don't login as an admin user and to run something in Terminal as sudo you have to su to an admin user. This means that even when logged in, the user running the command isn't the user running the GUI.
