Nov 4th - Scan time jumped from 50 min to over 5 HOURS???

This appears to have started with signature set 2020110429150, my clamav (102.4) is pegged at 100% CPU usage for 5 - 7 hours, all while scanning around the same amount of file changes. Previously it would take less than an hour for the run.

Nothing else on my server has changed or been updated in that time.

Not sure where the signature pack sources are located, otherwise I would take a look at those to see if a change on Nov 3rd or 4th is what's causing the issue...
