Statistics and Analytics

• Add support for weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics.
• Add an overview for custom and defined time spans.

This way, the user can directly see when, how much, and where they spend their time. Also include this for users, groups, and billable entities.

Maybe also have specific values at a relative or absolute time span / point of time.
(For example: Weekly hours this week, last week, previous week, etc.)
