scponly should be upgraded to build on EL6

The scponly package at http://pkgs.repoforge.org/scponly/ wont build on EL6.

Grabbing it from Fedora will make it build on EL6

(http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora/18/x86_64/s/scponly-4.8-9.fc18.x86_64.html )

It needs this fix:

• Fri Feb 27 2009 Warren Togami [email protected] - 4.8-4
  • Fix gcc-4.4 build due to broken #elif

I tried building the latest 4.8-9 on a EL6 mock and it did build without problems.
