Describe the feature request

Ability to make sure the original function runs only once with multiple instead injections
Ability to add Before/After Async patch

Why should this be added?

To improve plugin compatibility
Reduce the usage of instead patch increasing plugin compatibility
Easy for devs to develop addons without caring about dependencies onto other plugin

Please confirm the following

This is a feature request for Replugged itself, not a feature request for a plugin or theme
I searched the issues to make sure this feature has not been requested before.
