Describe the feature request

Users should be able to toggle on and off whether each custom slash command appears in the list. They should be able to enable/disable them by individual command, by plugin, or even to disable custom slash commands altogether. There should be options to disable/enable individual default Replugged commands, and additionally to disable the default category itself.

Why should this be added?

It would increase users' ability to customize their Replugged experience. Replugged is all about customization. It's about letting people change pretty much everything about their Discord installation. The commands feature is a very user-facing feature, and I think users should be able to manage their commands themselves without needing to ask individual plugin developers to provide their own methods to control whether custom slash commands from their plugin appear.
