All methods on DiscordNative.clipboard, no webpack searching required. Mainly just need to get typedefs for it.

We should just expand the typedef for DiscordNative instead of shoehorning it into common (which is meant for webpack modules).

I don't think those 2 things are mutually exclusive. We can improve the DiscordNative typedefs but I think it would benefit from being in common for convenience and discoverability.
