This is a multilingual site. I'm French-Canadian (Québecois!) but I do speak, read and write English and soon Portuguese (ola! Tudo bem?).
An article can be written in a language, but the visitor may not know all the same languages as I do. I want to allow people to select one of the supported languages and the navigation and other information in that language. Including formatting dates, numbers. We're a small world.
Maybe detect what the browser sends. It keeps saying that info, why not using it?
At the moment the tags view (e.g. /blog/tag/best-practices) only shows in French. We should be able to tell which language, as the visitor, we prefer. Not just Renoir’s preference for his own langue maternelle
