Comments were migrated from WordPress XML export utility.

Some script I wrote made each comment following the conventions of StaticMan.

Essentially:

Each comment is a file
Path to file mirrors the URL of the page
File name contains UNIX Date Epoch as an integer
Hierarchy of replies preserved.

So that later we can have StaticMan to make a PR to add new comments.
