Describe the bug
r_tfat_driver_rx v104 mdf file has incorrect setting macro name, so smart configurator setting would not be applied.

To Reproduce
incorrect: TFAT_SDMEM_DRIVE_NUM
correct: TFAT_SDHI_DRIVE_NUM

Expected behavior
smart configurator setting would be applied.

and following setting also incorrect:
incorrect: TFAT_CTRL_SDMEM
correct: TFAT_CTRL_SDHI
