The route handle (metadata) property should allow type augmentation (TypeScript)

First of all, thanks for all the efforts in this library (and Remix ecosystem).

The request here is something that is not too complicated (I think). But I couldn't make it work with current version, that seems not to allow type augmentation.

I'm looking for a solution like this (in Vue Router).

Basically, I want to give a better Intellisense support for the project, in a way the route's handle property could be "suggested" (to help developers follow the project's guidelines).

Hope it could be done in a simple way (maybe using an interface for the handle property could help).
