Missing "resources" option #162

Hello list,

On some HA installs that I run, the option "Resources" (the three dots on the right) was missing when doing a "Manual installation"

Settings - Dashboard - Resources

I needed to enable

"Your user name" - Advanced mode

I have no idea if this was a cache problem, but I just wanted to report it.
