We need to clarify the semantics of the following builtins:

  • T.zeroed for any type primitive T.
  • BigInt.from_le_bytes. In general, we need to clarify how BigInt works.
  • Field.to/from_int/uint conversions.
  • Nondeterministic field decompositions (i.e., Field.to_le/be_bits/radix).
  • Comptime builtins.
