when i running steel test for the template program which generated with steel new my_project in win10 x64, it said Failed to install platform-tools.
here are my solana version:

  • solana-cli 1.18.23 (src:aeb3a2e1; feat:4215500110, client:SolanaLabs)
  • rustc 1.79.0 (129f3b996 2024-06-10)
  • steel-cli 2.1.0

how to do with this problem, do you have any idea?
