Getting:

Index name 'index_refinery_news_item_translations_on_refinery_news_item_id' on table 'refinery_news_item_translations' does not exist
/yourapp/db/migrate/20131208040819_move_slug_to_news_item_translations.refinery_news.rb:5:in `up'

I have no idea why when i inspect my db the index name is index_2fe5614a8b4e9a5c34c0f93f230e423e36d53bda!
