To make this project automatically more visible, we need a publiccode.yml file (if not the file being created for reedu-reengineering-education/smart-city-dashboard#11 is already sufficient for this project).
Here are the docs about publiccode.yml (and the repo) and here is an online tool to generate this file.

@felixerdy Let me know, if you are able to create a first version of this file or if I should create a pull request.

Rethinking about this (2 repos, 1 project), I suggest to create one identical file and save it in both repos.
