Instead of having to tell folks "run assigner --verbosity=DEBUG and redact the output before posting the logs elsewhere, we should provide a REDACT log level with DEBUG-level output but no sensitive information. It won't suffice for all debugging purposes, but should be useful enough for initial investigation.
