Zathras requires extra file uploads when not needed by tests #68

When running only the streams test, Zathras will still require the following extra files be uploaded:

l_onemklbench_p_2023.2.0_49340.tgz (required for autohpl-wrapper)
SPECjbb2005_kitv1.07.tar.gz (required for specjbb-wrapper)
cpu2017-1.1.8.iso (required for speccpu2017-wrapper)
pt_linux_x64.zip (required for passmark-wrapper)
pt_linux_arm64.zip (required for passmark-wrapper)

Zathras setup and use would be simplified by only requiring these files when the relevant test is being run.
